Create a market
Any connected account with a creator slot can list a market.
The earliest time the outcome can be known, in your local time. From then, anyone can propose the outcome onchain. Without it, the market is resolved by the operator only.

—A keccak merkle root over every account's balance, withdrawals and positions. Replaying the engine's log recomputes it; the escrow only pays out against it.

Every root carries a full machine-state commitment, chained root to root. Anyone who replays the public log and finds a wrong transition opens a bonded dispute; a proven-wrong root freezes the escrow so everyone exits against the last good one. The one-step transition verifier is pending audit.

Resolution is a bonded last-answer-standing game, no arbiter. Execution commits a sparse state root chained root to root; a transition proven wrong lets anyone fraudFreeze the escrow so deposits exit against the last good root. The one-step transition verifier is scaffolded (input + sparse state-delta checks) and pending audit.
Open proposals
Dispute a wrong proposal with bridge dispute --market ID --outcome TICK: it posts the next bond and becomes the live answer, restarting the window. The last answer standing when the window closes is final.
